Located on the south side of the east abutment of the Capehart Rd. Bridge over Papillion Creek and Keystone trail in Bellevue, NE. The disk is on top of the vehicle barrier in plain view, immediately adjacent to benchmark disk "P10." NOTE: The reference arrow on the disk is pointing north, NOT at "P10."
