Located on the south end of the Capehart Road bridge over the Keystone Trail in Bellevue, NE. It is located on the top of the vehicle barrier, in plain view, immediately adjacent to a reference mark disk marked "670." I believe it belongs to the Nebraska Natural Resources District.
