Der Aussichtsturm am Egidibuckel befindet sich auf dem Gelände des Freizeit und Rodelparkes.
Zur Zeit der Eröffnung des Turmes (Pfingsten 2007) war dieser als reiner Aussichtsturm konzipiert.
Der Turm, mit seinen vier Plattformen ist eine überdachte Holzkonstruktion von 20m Höhe.
Von der obersten Plattform sind schöne Blicke ins Klingelbachtal (Norden) und ins Donautal (Süden) möglich.
Natürlich kann man das Geschehen auf den Rodelbahnen von oben beobachten.
Die Treppe ist mit einem Handlauf versehen, die Treppenstufen sind Metallgitterstufen so das ein sicherer Aufstieg gewährleistet ist
Im Laufe der Zeit wurde der Turm um verschiedene Aktionen erweitert,
so startet von hier der "Flying Fox" - eine Hochseilanlage oder Rutschröhren in unterschiedlichen Längen.
Der Turm ist zugleich Startpunkt des Geocaches GC14CD0 Egidi-Buckel eines Multicaches

The observation tower at Egidibuckel located on the grounds of the Leisure and toboggan park.
At the time of opening of the tower (Pentecost 2007) this was designed as a pure observation tower.
The tower, with its four platforms is a covered wooden structure of 20m height.
From the top platform beautiful views into Klingelbachtal (north) and the Danube valley (south) are possible.
Of course you can on the toboggan watch the action from above.
The staircase is equipped with a handrail, the stairs are metal grid levels which is guaranteed as a safe ascent
Over time, the tower has been extended to various actions,
so start from here the "Flying Fox" - a high ropes facility or skid tubes of different lengths.
