Built in 2007, this retail space now houses Pal's Inn Pet Resort. The bell tower is an integral part of the building and serves to differentiate the building from other retail facilities. The building is designed in a pueblo style with an arched portico on both the first and second floors. The arched windows of the bell tower carry through the pattern of the second floor and showcase the bell. The tower, and the building have a tile roof and are finished with tan stucco. There is a single bell using a side wheel for motion.
