The hotel had 50 rooms, including a large second-floor ballroom. Four storefront spaces and a barber shop were located on the first floor, and a bowling alley in the basement. The project was financed by former Woonsocket Police Commissioner John F. Letendre, at an estimated cost of $350,000 and construction wasdone by Lamoureux Brothers.
