Frank Carmona, county commissioner for Precinct 2, Janice Hallisey, Galveston Oh Galveston project chairman and Pat Hallisey, director of Galveston County Beaches and Parks, look over a time capsule installed on the seawall at Fort Crockett Park near 47th Street. The capsule contains materials related to the Galveston, Oh Galveston celebration last summer, which was sponsored by Del Papa Distributors of Galveston and benefitted the Clean Galveston organization. The time capsule will be opened on September 15, 2001.
