Four toothy dragons write and snarl around the corners of Sir Christopher Wren's elegant and meaningful Great Fire Memorial along Lower Thames Street in London.

The dragons wings are decorated with the cross of St George, who according to legend made the sign of the Cross, then slew a dragon.
