Coordinates are to the visitor parking lot. A bus ride provides a short driving tour of Golden followed by a 35- to 40-minute walking tour of the brewery. Tours are offered continuously throughout the day including stops in the sampling area and the Coors & Co. gift shop. Plan to spend 90 minutes for the entire visit.
Tour availability is limited, especially during the summer months. Tours are provided on a first-come-first-served basis. Backpacks, packages or large purses are not permitted in tour areas. Only basic essentials for infants and small children (such as diapers, wipes and bottles) are allowed.
Don't be surprised to see locals in the sampling area. It's a common practice among residents and students of the Colorado School of Mines to take the "short tour" that goes straight to the sampling area.
