Herceg Novi is a fine interesting small town in Northern Montenegro. It has plenty to see, a picturesque historical center, lots of medieval walls and bastions and a nice seafront. It's precisely in this seafront that the tourist will find the Information Center, manned by a super friendly fellow who will tell people whatever they need to find out and offer them plenty of printed information. Highly recommended.
