Die „Tankstelle“ für die Elektrofahrräder wurde direkt neben der Ladestation für Pkw installiert. „Nachdem immer mehr Radler mit E-Bikes Koblenz besuchen, wurde deren Bedürfnissen jetzt an zentraler Stelle Rechnung getragen“, freut sich Romy Zahren, die stellvertretende Geschäftsführerin der Koblenz-Touristik über diesen neuen Service, der nicht zuletzt auch Touristen zugutekommt. Eine zweite Ladestation soll im kommenden Frühjahr auf dem Gelände der Festung Ehrenbreitstein installiert werden."
