Oh, that dry British wit!
The Fuller's Hung Drawn & Quartered Pub is mere steps away from the infamous scaffolding site on Tower Hill.
The website promises that this Tower Hill Gem is "executed to perfection," but the hand-chalked sign outside warns that "Rude customers will be hung, drawn, and quartered!"
From the website: (

"A gentle nod to the gruesome history of this place, a plaque on our wall regales Samuel Pepys' account of an execution at Charing Cross. Pepys lived just down the road - there's literally history at every turn here."
The building is the part of the former Christ's Hospital School, which is no doubt why the City of London Coat of Arms are installed here.
