USDOI '16 DKT 1984' Control Station - Klamath County, OR - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

I recovered this U.S. Department of Interior Geological Survey from 1984 in good condition. It is an aluminum disk monumented on a 1 foot x 2 foot low-lying square boulder, about 3 feet NW of a metal witness post and about 20 feet SE of Willow Valley Rd. This disk appears on a topography map as 'BM 4803'. This disk is not listed in the NGS database. My posted coordinates should place you pretty close to this mark.
