20 foot long concrete alcove-style wall backing the War Memorial in Cardinal. The wall has its own dedication plaque, placed by the local branch of the Royal Canadian Legion.
The marker, which is located towards the western end of the wall reads:

Description of Memorial: A 20 foot long four-foot high concrete and stone wall. It is located in the corner of the War Memorial park, behind the main memorial. In addition to the marker, there is also an Ontario Historic Plaque and a Time Capsule.
