4-faced electric free-standing clock located in front of the town offices in Spencerville. It is located at the corner of Spencer St and CR 21 in the town.

The faces are all in Roman numerals, with the number 4 indicated as IIII.

The base and clock housing is green with gold piping.

The wording on top of the clock indicates that it was erected in 2005.

The 12 foot clock features a windmill-adorned weathervane on top.
