A rectangular marble plaque in memory of the men of Darfield. Listing the fallen. Situated on a side wall in a prayer area in the east right corner of the church. Also on an opposite wall is a seperate stone plaque to the fallen in WW2.
The plaque dedication reads

IN MEMORY OF THE MEN FROM DARFIELD PARISH WHO MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE IN THE GREAT WAR 1914-1919.
