EN:
"In the point of view of the lane Strack stands the hospital church. The today's, second Kirchbau became on the 4th of May a basic-laid. Oberurseler craftsman established the building according to a draught of the master mason Johanne Strasser and on the 1st of July, 1728 the church was consecrated by the Mainz Weihbischof Adolf Schnernauer. "Bärbel " said earlier the Oberurseler, because Saint Barbara is the patroness of the small church Saint Rochus stands to the holy woman aside; he is the patron of the Hospitäler and the small house church of the hospital was built with his means.
Inside the high altar requires attention. He occupied once beside the carpenter alder bush three famous sculptors. To the inhabitant of Mainz Martin Biterich are ascribed the crucifixion, about that God's father and Saint Barbara and two seated(sedentary) cherubs. The Frankfurter Andreas Donett brought the provided angels. Another Frankfurter, Johann Bernhard Schwarzenberger, created Holy Rochus, his plague wound showing and Holy Josef. He is the advocate with God around a good hour of death, a surely asked saint with the former inhabitants of the hospital. The German association of labour unions from the former villa goose donated the small organ on the loft in the Königsteiner street."
