HV1848 Paul Jones -- West Potomac Park, Washington DC - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

Not sure why the NGS folks are fond of unmarked points as benchmarks, but this is one of two that we found in DC.

The benchmark is an unmarked point on the northeast corner of the Jphn paul Jones Memorial at West Potomac Park.
