Dr. Noe operates a dog and cat hospital. The sign employs a small ark with cats, appropriately, on the front deck of the ark and dogs to the rear of the deck. The ark sits on a concrete pedestal painted white. The sign, with simulated wood decking, is an off red color. The ark is topped by a deck house with port holes and a chimney. The sign is freestanding and it's over all design is reflected in the building behind. The concrete sides of the building have been etched in lines like planking and their is a similar deck house with ports atop the building. There is no other sign on the building.
