The butterfly garden is located adjacent to the parking area for the Wildlife Sanctuary, which is the home of the Robert W. Loftin Nature Trails. The butterfly garden consists of several native flowering plants that are attractive to butterflies and other pollinators. Native plants in the butterfly garden include firebush and sunshine mimosa.

Once you've spent a little time enjoying the garden and its visitors, you can take a nice hike on the trails in the Wildlife Sanctuary. It's a wonderful urban escape.
