Pauline was born on 13 September 1912 to Todd
Webb and Ethel
Frazier Webb. She was a life-long resident of Pea Ridge and worked at various stores there.
On 25 October 1933 she married Coll Arnold Foster (1907-1997) who was 5 years her senior. Coll passed away when he was almost 90 years old and Pauline was over 84 years old. Pauline continued on for almost 16 years more until 3 February 2013, a few months after celebrating 100 years.
