This park has a large building (two-story) in which is the concession stand, dressing rooms, meeting rooms, and the rest rooms and showers, which are often open for the convenience of the people who use the Katy Trail. Bikers get caught in the rain, get muddy, etc, and here they can shower and clean up

This park also allows camping for users of the Kart Trail, for easy overnight stays.
