Very striking town clock located in front of the public library in Cardinal near the intersection of CR 2 and Dishaw Street.
The 12 foot tall clock is built of green-painted wrought iron. The facing is cream-coloured with black hands. The clock housing is green with gold piping and has the town name "Cardinal" in gold on the top.
The words "Electric time" in script are located below the central point of the hands.
Unlike many clocks there is no dedication plaque on its base.
The clock was built by Electric Time of Medfield, MA.
