"HARDY Ray Hardy, born 6-17-1915 Brynmawr, Wales, died peacefully 1-9-2016 Jacksonville, FL after a lifetime of caring for others. Survived by her 2 sons, 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Graveside service to be held in the Beth Shalom section of Evergreen cemetery (gate 5), Tuesday 1-12-2016 at 11:00am with Rabbi Gary Perras officiating Please Sign the guestbook at www.hardagegiddensoaklawnchapel.com . HARDAGE-GIDDENS, THE OAKLAWN CHAPEL, 4801 San Jose Blvd is serving the family."
