Gary Wayne Weems was a life-long farmer -- the owner of Weems Farms. Not only is the granite marker for him and his wife (still alive at the time of this posting) ornately etched with a farm scene, but there is also another farm scene, in metal silhouette, above the grave marker. With two farm depictions, you can bet that he enjoyed his life's calling of feeding a nation -- as a farmer.
