The Sheffield Canal is a canal in the City of Sheffield, England. It runs 3.9 miles (6.3 km) from Tinsley, where it leaves the River Don, to the Sheffield Canal Basin (now Victoria Quays) in the city centre.

Sheffield, a once heavily industrialised city, has many derelict buildings and has become popular with a number of street artists. Some of their work may be considered pure graffiti, but others have become popular as pieces of art.

In this case the graffiti has been painted on the support of the concrete footbridge approximately 1 mile from Victoria Quays, the Sheffield end of the canal. The bridge is next to Shirland Lane road bridge.

The main part of the artwork is a figure with a large feather headdress.
Type of Surface: Bridge
