Dam #3 is located between the Trail Bridge and the Road Bridge, on the south side of the Park. It was constructed in 1934 by the CCC and is a much more informal structure than the dam further north. It was built to create wading and fishing pools in the Creek. Less elaborate than Dam #2, it has an informal laying of large flat stone in irregular courses.

This item is #15 on the District nomination.
