County of stone: Warren County
Location of stone: Mill St., St. Ignatius New Cemetery, St. Ignatius School, Concord Hill
Image on grave stone is the chalice, which holds the wine representing the blood of Christ, and the mass host a priest uses in the performance of the part of the Holy Mass called the Consecration. At this time the host is transformed in to the body of Christ, the large host is then broken and eaten by the priest. NO one but the priest receives any portion of the large host.
There are many small hosts also blessed during this part of the ceremony and those are the ones used to present as communion hosts to the parishioners at the communion rail.

To bless always;

O Priest of Jesus Christ.
