A 7' wide by 3.5' high mosaic depicting one large and six small sailboats on the water with the Bermuda landscape in the background is located on the north east wall of the Hamilton Ferry Terminal. Below the mosaic is a sign with two inscriptions. One a is quote attributed to frequent Bermuda visitor, Mark Twain . The second explains the purpose and creators of the mosaic. The sign is inscribed:

"Throw off the bowlines. Sail away from safe harbor.
Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
