When I was getting set to try and catch a few fish at Fisherman's Park I noticed that there was one bench in the park that was in better condition that all the rest. I took a look and found it was dedicated in memory of a gentleman by the name of Tom J. Arnold. Looking through the internet, the only thing I found on Mr. Arnold was that he died at his home on February 27, 2010 and was 55 years old at the time of his death. Mr. Arnold was a resident of Sparta, WI, USA.
