The Qubix 4 Praha project is the reconstruction of an office building dating from 1976 into a modern, contemporary office building meeting the highest requirements of the current market.
The original building was designed by architect Jan Štípek as an office building for construction company Prumstav, who occupied the building between 1976 and 2008. Since 2009 the building is owned by S+B Gruppe, who in May 2012 successfully completed an extensive renovation according to the design of Austrian architectural studio Ernst Hoffman under the direction of architect Martin Tröthan.
