MONUMENT IS LOCATED 0.3 MILE SOUTHERLY ALONG COLLEGE DRIVE EAST FROM IT'S INTERSECTION WITH COLLEGE DRIVE, TO A JUNCTION WITH ITSELF (COLLEGE DRIVE EAST). CONTINUE 0.05 MILE SOUTHWESTERLY INTO LOT 5A AT SADDLEBACK COMMUNITY COLLEGE, TO THE THIRD LIGHT POLE ON THE RIGHT (NORTH),(LOCATED 60 FT. +/- NW'LY OF THE GATED ENTRANCE TO THE COLLEGE MAINTENANCE YARD)."
