This is a one-story square building, constructed of native sandstone, and clad with petrified wood. It was built in 1940 by the WPA. The roof is gabled and has been updated with metal sheeting. The front doors are wood plank and the one-over-one wood sashed windows are original. Windows on the side and rear have been replaced with metal sashed casement windows. A concrete block addition has been added in the 1980's.

The building is on the shore of the lake, and has a WPA-constructed picnic table
