The rock wall is one of 19 structures contained in the Wintersmith Park Historic District. It runs along the entrance drive to the Bathhouse from the north, and follows the natural grade, leading down to the picnic areas and swimming area.

The wall is made of dry-laid sandstone rocks. At the north end, they are staked as high as five feet, and slope down to only one rock high at the south. There are two sets of steps leading from the higher bathhouse ground to the lower picnic and swimming areas.
