From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 12.1 miles. Turn right on FR12 and continue 1.1 mile. Bear left on FR1210, continue 6.1 mile to the junction with FR1210-530 and park. Hike generally SW for 0.5 mile on the road. Continue cross-country, first S then WSW about 1.2 mile total to the W end of the ridge.
Did not search for bearing trees, but found two U-posts. One with a blank metal sign bears ESE, 74" distant. The other, with LAND SURVEY MONUMENT and NATIONAL FOREST WILDERNESS signs, bears NNE, 47" distant.
