Former Commanding General of the 32nd Infantry Division. He was recognized for his service in WWII. He was promoted to BG in 1964 and died soon after in 1966.

Located in Blyton Veteran's Memorial Park in Sparta, WI, this memorial features Brigadier General Donald Radde. Radded was the Commanding General for the 32nd Infantry Division in 1964 via Congressional appointment. Radde was a WWII Veteran as recognized by his memorial. Not much is known about BG Radde except he was at Camp McCoy, just outside of Sparta, WI, to greet troops as they arrived at the Camp for two weeks training in June of 1964. When BG Radde was not wearing a military uniform he was a local newspaper executive in Sparta, WI. BG Radde died just before his 48th birthday.
