This fitness course is a loop that begins at a Calf Stretch station. There are 20 stations in all. The stations are numbered and are located along a paved path through the park. The posted coordinates take you to Station 1, the Calf Stretch Station. Each station has a sand pit outlined with wood posts. The course starts near the park's largest playground then wanders around a couple of ponds then past the smaller of the park's two playgrounds then back past the largest playground.
All stations provide directions on the type of activity one should perform there. We have walked the course, but have never made use of the fitness stations. It's a nice little walk (or run if that's your preference) through a nice park.
