3-1/4" aluminum cap on 5/8" rebar in a mound of stones

From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 12.1 miles. Turn right on FR12 and continue 1.1 mile. Bear left on FR1210, continue 6.1 mile to the junction with FR1210-530 and park. Walk generally WSW for 0.9 mile to the base of a rock outcrop. Hike to the top, S about 0.1 mile distant.

Both bearing trees, on the ground, are marked with a nail and washer stamped PLS 2111 in the toe blaze. A yellow BEARING TREE tag and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign are nailed on the nearer tree. Another LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign is mounted on a bent-over U-post which bears SW, 42" distant.
