East Central University lies just east of the downtown area of Ada, at the east end of Main Street. As you enter the entrance pillars, to your left you will see this gazebo. A sign says that it was donated by Randall and Shirley Pogue. Mr. Pogue is a local businessman.
This is a six-sided gazebo which stands on a flat concrete platform. The six sides are supported by square wood beams which have three foot high brick supports. The gazebo sides are open, with a curved wood railing just under the roof. The roof is slightly gabled and metal.
Seating is provided by three free-standing metal benches.
