Together with Danube House and Amazon Court, Nile House is the second completed building, making up the Czech urban development project River City Prague, a symbol of the city that spans four hectares.
The six-level, multi-functional structure houses offices and retail outlets; tenants have access to a two-level underground car park while benefiting from good transport links and an excellent infrastructure.
The architecture of Nile House is remarkable: an elongated glass cube partially enclosed by concrete walls tapers to a point, giving the office building its striking, immediately recognisable form. The spacious glazed atrium forming the reception area supplies the structure with natural light all day.
