The Großer Ölberg, at 460 metres above sea level, is the highest hill in the Siebengebirge.
At the summit is an observation terrace that offers a great view of the Siebengebirge as well as the Hocheifel, including the Hohe Acht, as well as good views to the west. On very clear days one can see as far as "Wildewiese", Sauerland, more than 80km away.
