Juliana Park is a small city park established in 1991 at the 100th Anniversary of the City of Ada. It contains a fountain dedicated to Byrds Mill Spring which provides water to the City.
Adjacent to a walkway with donated pavers, this time capsule is topped with a granite block with a slanted face. Engraved on the monument are the words:

Dedicated July 10, 1991
In celebration of Ada's
100th birthday
This time capsule

City of Ada
On July 10, 2041
