"Die Stadtkirche von Lindau ist ein romanischer Feldsteinbau. Sie entstand zwischen 1160 und 1170 - wird aber erstmals 1308 erwähnt."

Die Kirche unterteilt sich im wesendlichem in das Hauptschiff mit vorran gestelltem Turm und dem quer stehendem Seitenschiff.

Wärend die Satteldächer der 2 Schiffe mit einer Biberschwanzdeckung versehen sind, trägt der Turm eine graue Schieferdeckung.

The church is divided in the nave with Tower in front and being transverse aisle.

WHILE the gabled roofs of 2 vessels are provided with a beaver tail coverage, the tower wearing a gray slate cover.
