The Prime Meridian Trail is a 116 km long multi-use trail. It follows the path of the former Canadian National Railway Inwood Subdivision from Grosse Isle in the south to Fisher Branch in the north.
This is the southern terminus trailhead in Grosse Isle.
Parking is located at the Grosse Isle heritage site, about 350 m southeast of the trailhead.

During summer, trail uses include hiking, biking, and horseback riding. No motorized trail use is permitted during the summer. In winter, skiing, dogsledding, and snowmobiling are permitted.
