Warfield: Glimpses from the Past is a series of five large black and white panels on two sides of the Warfield Community Hall.
On the south side of the building are two of the five panels showing Warfield in June 1938 with its development of 150 low cost houses built by CM & S in Upper Warfield.
The other panel is Warfield in 1940 with the majority of the homes completed as shown in the June 1938 panel.
On the west side of the building are the remaining three panels:
First Panel: The Village of Warfield Fire Department takes part in the local Canada Day parade circa 1950s.
Second Panel: Children being children playing in the water and mud created by a recent thunderstorm. Circa 1950s.
Third Panel: Annable School circa 1912. The first record of a school in Annable was in 1912. Annable School was a one room wooden structure located on Montcalm Road. It had 18 pupils in its first year of classes. Annable was a residential area just west of Trail that is now known as Warfield.
