The first development project of Austrian real estate group Immofinanz in Prague is also its premiere in the field of construction of administrative buildings in the Czech Republic. The intention of the investor is a green building that would combine the charm of historical building with the best technologies and quality materials. Within the reconstruction of the six-floor original building will be build new refracted wing, the existing yard will be roofed, thus creating high atrium with vertical garden used as an aesthetic and environmental element.
