Aviatica (
visit link) is the first building of the extensive Waltrovka development, by which the investment group Penta builds on the success of its latest project Florentinum. At the end of 2013 Penta started the construction of a new city district in the area called Waltrovka in Prague 5 – Jinonice, which will offer to its residents and a first-class quality, comfort and amenities. Heavy machines in the original Walter factory are replaced by new and timeless offices. Penta plans to invest in Waltrovka more than 5 billion CZK in total with the ambition to create a new pleasant city environment for work, living, shopping and leisure.
