The mill Fortuin has a much richer history than the year in the gable suggests. The octagonal tower mill from 1852 is a replacement of a mill which was blown down in 1808.

The old mill has long been out of operation and there was very poor in the late '60s. After a major restoration in 1970 / '71, the mill regularly in operation and is to visit every Saturday. On the ground floor is a shop with artisan bread and cake mixes.
