Der Rotenburger Schloßpark wurde im 16. Jahrhundert angelegt. Er befindet sich hinter dem Landgrafenschloß Rotenburg, das zwischen 1571 und 1607 vom Landgraf Wilhelm IV. von Hessen-Kassel und dessen Sohn Moritz von Hessen-Kassel im Renaissancestil errichtet wurde.
Der HP Bolzen befindet sich am südlichen Eingang in den Schloßpark, ca. 20 cm über dem Boden.
The Rotenburg castle park was designed in the 16th century. Its located behind the Landgraves Castle of Rotenburg, built in Renaissance style between 1571 and 1607 by Landgrave William IV of Hesse-Kassel and his son Maurice of Hesse-Kassel.
The HP bolt is located at the southern entrance to the castle park, approx. 20cm above ground.
