When Mama Lucy was born, Grover Cleveland was President and there were only 44 states. Utah, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska, and Hawaii would be admitted as states during her lifetime.
Preceded in death by parents, the late Levi and Mary Watkins Crawford and husband, Will Ross. Survived by daughter, Somella (Herbert) Collins, 4 granddaughters; 19 great grandchildren; 27 great great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Adalaide Crawford and other relatives and friends.
