The war memorial in Oene (Epe) is a memorial stone with embossed text. On either side of the text is a laurel. The laurel is a tribute to the victims. The memorial stands on two pedestals.
The text on the memorial reads:
"REMINDER TO THE VICTIMS OF THE BOMBARDEMENT ON 22 MARCH 1945 AT OENE"
